Terms of use

VinsFx is a market-analysis application for digital options. It reads live market data, presents statistics derived from it, and can place orders on a trading account that you connect yourself.

It is not a broker. It does not hold funds, and it does not execute trades on its own behalf. Orders are sent to your connected account with the trading provider, and your relationship with that provider is governed by their terms, not these.

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract where you live, and permitted under local law to trade the products the application analyses. If you are not, do not use this service.

Connecting a trading account is done through the provider’s own sign-in. This application never asks for, receives or stores your trading password.

You are responsible for keeping your device and your session secure, and for every action taken through a connected account, including orders placed by an automated strategy you configured.

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, attempt to gain access to accounts that are not yours, or reverse the service to build a competing product from it.

Automated access outside the application’s own interface, and any use that places unreasonable load on the underlying market data provider, is not permitted.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed or wrong; calculations may contain errors; the service may be unavailable.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accounts opened through links on this site may be attributed to the operator under the trading provider’s partner programme, which may result in the operator receiving a commission from that provider. This does not change the terms you receive.

These terms may change. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. Access to the service may be suspended or withdrawn at any time.
